Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from relational databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with healthcare or fintech data preferred
