Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless network operations
- Provide technical support to end-users and escalate complex issues
- Manage inventory of network equipment and procurement processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
