Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Develop SQL queries to extract and transform data from relational databases
- Prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance and documentation
- Support A/B testing initiatives and performance measurement frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and hypothesis testing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) preferred
