Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal sources to identify trends, opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to define data requirements and answer critical business questions.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by auditing databases and correcting inconsistencies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings to drive data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate data findings for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
