- Visualize Data: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various systems and databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and propose data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization software.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
