Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing for marketing campaigns
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through cleaning, validation, and documentation
- Present findings to non-technical audiences using clear visualizations
- Support ad-hoc requests from sales and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Advanced SQL skills with complex query optimization
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and Excel
- Tableau or Power BI dashboard creation experience
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
