Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and generate comprehensive reports to support executive decision-making.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement within the business.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python for data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with a part-time schedule.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
