Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to track KPIs and business performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to validate hypotheses through A/B testing and cohort analysis
- Present findings to non-technical leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance protocols and documentation
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests with rapid turnaround and actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences
