Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Prepare and clean datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Generate weekly performance reports for key stakeholders
- Support A/B testing initiatives and statistical analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on data strategy
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
