Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop automated reports and data pipelines to streamline analytics processes
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to support product optimization
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and data manipulation (Pandas, dplyr)
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
