- Statistical Modeling: Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, forecast future performance, and support hypothesis testing.
- Report Generation: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex numbers into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to improve workflow.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining database schemas and writing complex SQL queries to retrieve necessary data points.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL for database querying and proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a professional, high-conversion manner.
