Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security threats using SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct incident response investigations for enterprise systems
- Generate comprehensive threat intelligence reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with penetration testing teams on vulnerability assessments
- Implement zero-trust architecture protocols across hybrid cloud environments
- Lead quarterly security awareness training for cross-functional teams
- Contribute to SOC operations during rotational on-call duties
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in threat detection or SOC operations
- Active CISSP or CEH certification required
- Expertise in MITRE ATT&CK framework and NIST standards
- Proficiency in Python/SQL for threat hunting workflows
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) compliance
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends coverage)
