Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS/GCP services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and Kubernetes
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud solutions with microservices architecture
- Implement robust monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud-native logging solutions
- Lead cloud migration projects while ensuring zero-downtime transitions
- Document infrastructure designs and maintain comprehensive runbooks
Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on experience with AWS/GCP and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Certified AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent Google Cloud certification
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
- Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments (IAM, VPC, encryption)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
