Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including Windows/Linux OS and network devices
- Provide Tier 1 user support via ticketing systems and remote assistance tools
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols and system upgrades
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects involving cloud migration and automation
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA A+, Network+) during program tenure
- Conduct end-user training on new IT systems and security best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong analytical problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
