Responsibilities
- Model Training & Fine-tuning: Develop, test, and refine complex prompt chains to maximize the accuracy and output quality of AI models like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Prompt Optimization: Continuously iterate on prompt structures to improve response relevance, tone, and safety.
- Analytics & Testing: Design A/B tests to evaluate prompt performance and analyze user interaction data to drive improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate prompt engineering into broader AI workflows.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive libraries of prompt templates and guidelines for internal teams to ensure consistency.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP and Generative AI to propose novel applications for our technology.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI interaction experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning concepts, and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Language: Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and optimize complex language-based systems.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages is a plus.
