Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Write and maintain scripts using Python and Bash to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Monitor cloud resource usage, performance metrics, and security alerts to ensure optimal system health.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and Terraform.
- Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for cloud-based incidents and outages.
- Document technical processes and configurations to support team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with Linux server administration and command-line interfaces.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Willingness to obtain relevant cloud certifications (paid for by the company).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
