Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers during sprint cycles to ensure quality standards
- Perform regression testing and validate user acceptance criteria
- Develop test cases from technical specifications and user stories
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement insights
- Maintain and update test documentation and QA processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
