Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Manage and maintain company hardware inventory and software licenses.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via help desk ticketing systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team on system upgrades and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for learning new technologies.
