Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Java, Python, and cloud technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust system architectures
- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues during night shift operations
- Write clean, efficient code following industry best practices and security protocols
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive code repositories
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in software development with night shift or remote work
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C++)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across time zones
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes) preferred
