- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Resolve complex production issues during overnight support rotations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years with Java/Python and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in AWS/GCP and containerization technologies
- Strong background in CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills for high-pressure scenarios
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
