Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and implement data validation protocols across systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and ETL processes
- Present findings to leadership teams through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Support A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product improvements
- Document data methodologies and maintain up-to-date data dictionaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or flexible schedule background
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
