Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to deliver real-time performance metrics across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational improvements and strategic initiatives
- Maintain data quality standards through rigorous validation and cleansing protocols
- Present findings to leadership through concise, data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
