Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust data analysis frameworks to solve complex business challenges
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize performance metrics and KPIs
- Develop automated reporting systems to track key business metrics and trends
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and process improvements
- Maintain and enhance data integrity across multiple databases and platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
