Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Create and maintain automated reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making during night operations
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Present findings to leadership through concise visualizations and narrative reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work preference
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing capabilities

- Comfortable working independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
