Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create automated reporting dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Support night-time operations by providing real-time data insights during critical business hours
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless data handoffs and continuity
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and operational metrics
- Document data processes and maintain data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or rotational schedule
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with government compliance standards preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus
