Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver weekly performance insights
- Develop automated data pipelines for weekend reporting workflows
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies
- Present findings to stakeholders through concise visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience with SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI dashboard creation
- Strong statistical analysis and data visualization skills
- Experience working with healthcare datasets preferred
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
