Responsibilities
- Design and automate nightly data pipelines for real-time reporting
- Generate executive dashboards and performance metrics for 24/7 operations
- Perform ad-hoc SQL analysis to resolve critical overnight data discrepancies
- Collaborate with APAC teams to optimize cross-continental data workflows
- Document ETL processes and maintain data governance standards
- Lead root cause analysis for system anomalies during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python/R for statistical modeling and automation
- Proven track record of handling high-volume datasets (10M+ records)
- Experience working in night shift or rotational schedules preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics a plus
