Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and written reports
- Monitor overnight data pipeline performance and troubleshoot issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HIPAA, HL7) preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
