Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, alerting leadership to critical anomalies
- Support ad-hoc data requests with accurate, timely analysis and visualizations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline quality and automation
- Document methodologies and maintain data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or remote work history
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision
