Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to protect data integrity
- Document network configurations and update IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations
- Support cloud infrastructure integration and virtualization projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience (3+ years)
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required

- Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
