Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and troubleshoot VPN, VLAN, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Document network changes and create SOPs for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure integration projects
- Provide Tier 3 support during critical outages
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and QoS protocols
- Proficient in network automation with Python/Ansible
- Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls and Fortinet SD-WAN
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network analyzers
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installation
