As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in maintaining network stability, optimizing performance, and delivering exceptional technical support to our diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Network Administration: Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructures.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and security breaches.
- Cabling & Hardware: Perform cable termination, rack and stack network equipment, and perform regular hardware upgrades.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to analyze network traffic and ensure optimal uptime.
- Security: Implement and enforce network security protocols and firewall configurations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network diagrams, configurations, and change logs.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid CCNA or Network+ certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in network administration or technical support.
- Education: Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move network equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
