Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi network infrastructure.
- Perform physical cabling, termination, and rack-and-stack server installations.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Respond to and resolve network outages and technical tickets promptly.
- Conduct regular security audits and firewall management.
- Collaborate with IT management to upgrade and optimize network systems.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Certification such as CCNA or Network+ is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
