Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to protect data integrity
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Manage cloud-based networking solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Perform network upgrades and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper equipment and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
