Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve network outages and connectivity issues within SLA timelines
- Document network topology changes and security protocols
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure deployments
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security best practices
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification required
- Proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and VLAN configuration
- Experience with AWS/Azure networking services
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Excellent written communication for client documentation
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
