Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Resolve Tier 2/3 network outages within SLA timeframes
- Document network topology and configuration changes in ServiceNow
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and network security protocols
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid cloud architecture integration
- Conduct network vulnerability assessments and remediation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and Fortinet firewalls
- Strong troubleshooting skills using packet analyzers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in equipment closets
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
