Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Troubleshoot and resolve network outages to ensure 99.9% uptime
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network optimization projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN technologies
- Experience with Cisco ASA/Palo Alto firewalls and Juniper switches
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
