Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and implement security protocols
- Document network changes and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Support cloud services (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network architectures
- Perform regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of SD-WAN and network automation (Python/Ansible)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
