Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls in enterprise environments
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN/WAN infrastructures
- Implement security protocols including VPNs and intrusion prevention systems
- Document network topologies and create standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize network architectures
- Perform hardware upgrades and capacity planning for scalable growth
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Proficiency with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong understanding of AWS/Azure networking services
- Ability to create detailed network documentation
