Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for network outages and performance optimization
- Implement network security protocols and monitor for vulnerabilities
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize on-premises and cloud solutions
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation after training completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols and OSI model
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain Cisco CCNA/CompTIA Network+ certification
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and drug screening
