Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Document network topology and update technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams on security implementations
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for internal and external clients
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to earn CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA
