Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather actionable insights and validate design hypotheses.
- Translate complex user requirements and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Maintain and contribute to our design system and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Advocate for the end-user in all design decisions, ensuring that the product is intuitive and meets business objectives.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: We provide paid training for the right candidates; a strong desire to master UX principles is essential.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, case studies, and visual work.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
