Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols and update systems regularly
- Document network changes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system outages
- Support cloud infrastructure deployments and management
- Train junior technicians on network best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
