Responsibilities
- Lead incident response investigations and remediation for complex security breaches
- Develop and implement advanced threat detection strategies using SIEM platforms
- Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for enterprise systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Maintain and optimize security monitoring tools (Splunk, Darktrace, CrowdStrike)
- Document security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Mentor junior analysts and present security findings to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with 2+ in threat detection/response
- CISSP, CISM, or OSCP certification required (CEH acceptable)
- Expertise in network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint protection
- Proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell) and security automation
- Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat intelligence
- Experience with SIEM correlation rules and forensic analysis
- Ability to prioritize incidents and manage high-pressure situations
