Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation for system upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects
- Provide end-user support for network-related hardware and software
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency network maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
