Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and cabling infrastructure.
- Perform regular network monitoring to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents and service tickets in a timely manner.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and changes accurately.
- Assist in the deployment of new network devices and software updates.
- Conduct physical site surveys and cable management tasks.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in network administration or IT support.
- Cisco CCNA certification is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
