Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems, printer errors, and application crashes.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions within Active Directory.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow or Jira) for accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement software patches and security updates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees regarding company IT policies and tools.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure during peak support hours.
- High school diploma or GED required.
