Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless network hardware and cabling systems.
- Monitor network performance, traffic, and security to ensure maximum uptime and data integrity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal staff and clients.
- Perform regular network audits, updates, and maintenance of network documentation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new network technologies and security protocols.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- CompTIA Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba) and wireless technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex network issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
