Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Resolve connectivity issues via remote and on-site support
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Collaborate with IT teams on infrastructure upgrades
- Provide user training on network best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco/Juniper devices and cloud networking
- Strong diagnostic skills for wired/wireless networks
- Familiarity with ITIL service management principles
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for on-site visits
