Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols and monitor network performance 24/7
- Document network changes and create comprehensive technical documentation
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to diverse client base
- Collaborate with cloud services teams to optimize hybrid infrastructure
- Train junior technicians on best practices and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience with Cisco/Juniper equipment
- CompTIA Network+ or CCNA certification (required)
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, and DHCP protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with hardware and software issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
